20-50 ton per hour  capacity Cement Ball Mill

 

Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder.

1.The Ball Mill is used to grind many kinds of mine and other materials, or to select the mine.

2. It is widely used for the cement, the licate produce, new type building material, chemical fertilizer, blak and non-ferrous metal glass, ceramic and etc. 

3.There are two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different expelling mine.

 

2.  Working Principle of  Cement Ball Mill

 There is grinding medium (steel balls) in the ball mill and the cylinder body is made of steel plate.The cylinder body has the lining plate, which can protect the shell from wearing out. When the feedstock is put into the cylinder body, under the centrifugal force and the friction by the steel balls, the materials can be smashed, the powder can be discharged through the stripper plate, and the whole processing is finished.
