Specifications

General instruction:
It is our special design for Russia market to suit the cold environment in winter. At the base of standard HZS concrete batching plant, it add warm heating system in aggregate batch machine, concrete mixer and so on. Also the insulatin plate is thicked to 100mm. The equipment can equip with boiler, fuel can be gas, coal and so on.
Main features:
1) Adopt modular design, convenient to transport, install and remove;
2) Concrete mixer can choose twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixer or vertical planetary concrete mixer, with brand of Sicoma, Bhs, Teka or Chinese good brand;
3) Aggregate batching system adopts PLD series concrete batcher which offers efficient
and accurate measurement; The number of storage hopper is designed according to the aggregate used.
4) Automatic control system with displaying the whole working process.
