Impact crusher in dry mining equipment
Stone crusher, impact crusher is widely used in building material industry, chemical industry, coal mines and coke industry for coarse intermediate and fine crushing of the brittle materials with less than intermediate hardness. such as granite, limestone, concrete and so on.
Their features are high crushing rates, high output, low energy consumption, and even grains of their products.
Impact crusher consists of shell assembly, rotor assembly, back breaker plate, front breaker plate, lower frame assembly. The motor drives the rotor by hydraulic coupling, so the rotor rotates at a high speed. There are front and rear impact plates in the upper shell, and material breaks because of the impact of the high-speed-rotating breaker bar when the material enters. Broken material hits the front impact plate with high kinetic energy, breaks, rebounds back to the rotor, breaks again, flies to the impact room at high speed and repeats. When crushed grains diameters are less than the opening of the rotating radius of the breaker bar and the rear breaker plate, they are discharged as qualified products.
Impact crusher can be seen as two single rotor mobile impact crushers using in cascade, one for coarse crushing and the other for fine crushing. It can be used for coarse, intermediate and fine crushing equipment. It usually consists of two rotors with a certain difference of height, shell assembly, and breaker plates of the first stage and second-stage impact rooms.
