Introduction of Roller and Idler
Rollers are an important part of belt conveyor and comprise up to a quarter of the cost of a conveyor. As such, the quality of the roller s will directly impact the conveyor's economic performance.
Our company has been devoted to the research, development, design and manufacture of conveyor idlers for many years. In recent years, our company cooperated with German Zemag Mining GMBH and Japanese NC Company, combined the innovation results in both material and design and developed and produced the new generation of idlers.
Rollers have many advantages such as optimized structure, less rotating resistance, less radial runout, much better improved rotation rate, loading capacity and abrasive resistance, high efficiency and energy saving and multiplication service life, etc. They have been widely used in national key construction fields, including mine, coal, electric power, metallurgy, chemical, water conservancy and building material industries, and also been exported overseas.
