As the rice husk is small pieces, there is no need of grinding machine. The complete whole process including precleaning system, pelleting system, cooling system, packing system.
1. Precleaning System——Drum Cleaner Machine
At this stage, the raw materials will be dumping into the hopper and tranported by the belt conveyor to the drum cleaner machine for removing the impurites in the raw materials.
2. Pelleting System——Pellet Mill Machine
After cleaning the raw materials, the cleaned raw material will be tranported to the pellet mill machine by belt conveyor for pelleting. The pelletizing machine or press is the key piece of machinery in the pelletplant. It should be mentioned that impurities inthe raw materials like metal or stone, may damage the die and rollers of pellet making machine.
3. Cooling System——Cooling Machine
Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and moisture content.
4. Packaing System
Finally is the packing process. In order to protect the wood pellets becoming getting
damp and to increase storability, proper packing is necessary.

- What capacity would your prefer?
The Capacity Range of Wood Pellet Machine: 0.8-1T; 1.5-2T; 2-3T; 3-4T.
- What is your raw material?
According to different raw material(such as hard wood, soft wood, straw, rice husk, wood waste), capacity is different.
- What is the specification of the raw materials?
Best size for pressing high quality pellets is 3mm-5mm.
- What is the moisture of the raw materials?
Better to be 10-15% (If it is large than this, then we will recommend you the Dryer Machine).
- Final Pellets Size requirment?
We have Diameter for Pellets:6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm,( Different Diameters for your Different Requirement.)
- Pellets Length: Adjustable 20-50mm. (Normally our clients ask pellets length of 33mm, between 30-36mm)
