Application
TLSS series horizontal spiral conveyor is a fixed device of mechanical conveying equipment , applied to horizontal conveying for particle and powder material in grain and feed industry. (or declining conveying for dip angle<20°) Its conveying length can reach 40 m,
with suspension pin of brasses or tool of oil bearing, simplified and convenient for lubrication
Except bearing base, all the conveyor using steel plate stamping , and saved labor and materials
The bearing base at outlet using simple dust -isolation structure, safe and reliable
the spiral has various forms of left spiral and right spiral, with exchangeable bearing base at inlet and outlet, it is very flexible in technology.
Introduction
Screw Conveyor adoptes overseas’ advanced technology at powdery and high temperature
material transportation equipments and is a high airproof equipment. For the bearing support
does not touch the material, it is specially suit the transport of powdery and high temperature
material.
Theory: Rotating helical blade moving the raw material then reach the screw conveyor delivery,the power which makes the raw material doesn't rotation together with the helical blade is the resistance between the raw material and the screw conveyor enclosure and the raw material weight,the screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a stop moving bear at the end,if the length request is big,we need a middle handing bear.
