TDTG series bucket elevator is a kind of special equipment for continually and vertically deliver grains, which is widely used in different fields such as oil,feed,flour,seed starch, grain and so on. Taking advantage of the present bucket elevator situation both at home and abroad, we designed TDTG Series Bucket Elevator, which caught up the advanced national levels.
Advantage:
1.Having reasonable running structure, the coefficient of friction is large.
2.Adopting high-strength plastic bucket, which has long service time and large capacity.
3.With high strength polyester dustpan belt, strength of tensile is high, lower tensile rate, service time is long.
4.There is an anti pin organ in the machine. When the power is cut off and the bucket elevator suddenly stopped, materials won't fall back down from it, so it can reduce raking out. When we go to check, the strap won't reverse so it can insure the checker safe.
