TDTG series steel bucket elevator is a kind of special equipment for continually and vertically deliver grains, which is widely used in different fields such as oil,feed,flour,seed starch, grain and so on. Operating Principle and Process of professional steel grain bucket elevators:
When electrical machine is energized, send impetus to bucket belt by the coupling, the bucket that install according to certain space will be cyclic motion from top to bottom, the material enter into the moving bucket from the feed port, fill-up and elevate to the head of elevator, when the bucket belt turn pass the main wheel,the material throw down under the action of centrifugal force and force of gravity from bucket.
Owing to the shell of machine head is designed according to the parabola, make the material unloading follow shell from discharge hole. The empty bucket return to the elevator engine base by the bucket belt. Like this recycle, hoist the materials from bottom to the appointed height, realize steep lifting.
