HXG type high performance lift rake type travelling mud scraper
Outline
HXG type lift rake type travelling mud scraper is a soil discharging facility, it is set in rectangle advention sedimentation tank. This machine main consist of work birdge,transmission device, scraper etc. The machine has a fixed platform across the sedimentation tank,the sediment in sewage precipitate to the bottom of tank, the mud scraper take the precipitated sludge into set mud, make use of sludge pump to discharging sludge.
This machine is simple structure, stable transmission,low operating costs, the effect of scraping mud is good, Is an ideal discharging mud equipment; Application field : Steel, metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment industry etc. The feature as follows:
1.Compact structure, attractive appearance, the size can be flexible changed according to the design requirement, make civil structure simplified, reduce the excavation, convenient for construction.
2.Smooth and reliable operation, high scraping mud efficiency, scraping mud not trouble basic sink.
Working principle
This machine is main consists of several units as follows:
1.Driving type drive and transmission device
Large span mud scraper was directly driven by cycloid reducer coupling to make the two driving wheel synchronization operation. Little span mud scraper was driven by one reducer, Electricity accused of reversing, both ends motor driving wheel drive .
2,carcase construction
Girder is box girder(large span) and plate girder(little span), canlilever, scraper and bracketing is metal frame.
