WLS shaftless screw conveyor cement screw conveyor
WLS shaftless screw conveyor is for consecutive transferring of loosen, adhesive and tangling material with max. temperature reaches 100°C while max. inclination of machine is less than 45°. It is widely used in industries such as construction material, chemical engineering, environmental protection, electrical power, pharmaceutical and food, especially for conveying sand, grill residue and mud from sludge dewatering etc.. Material enters into spiral pipe from feed hopper and will be discharged at the correct position.
This machine is mainly composed of driving device, transferring spiral, U-shape slot, lining board, cover plate, inlet and outlet, machine lid (if necessary) and base etc.
Spiral pressure is used for dewatering of grill residue so as to reduce the vol. for easy transportation and landfill.

Function
Mainly used in delivery screenings between bar screen and sludge deliver and lifting of sludge dewatering room in sewage treatment plants.
Structure and work principle:
Which is mainly composed of shaftless spiral,U type spiral groove,cover plate,lining board ,feed inlet and outlet ,discharge outlet and driven device etc, the feed is input from feed inlet, after pushed by shaftless spiral, then output from feed outlet.
In rated diameter,screw pitch ,rotate speed, the shaftless spiral throughput is associated with the proportion of material and transportation distance,height.
