Drum filter is commposed by four parts: house, roller, back washing system, electric control system, which made up of non toxic corrosion resistant engineering plastics. We use 316L stainless steel 100-400mesh filter screen which imported from Germany to separate to separate supended solids from water.
Capacity: 20~200M3/H.
Working Principle:
when the water containing particles of suspended solids enter into the drum,suspended solids are stainless steel filter retention,filtered water which does not contain suspended soilds enter into water tank. When the suspended solids accumulate to a certain amount inside roller, it will reduce the filter permeable capacity, so increase the drum water level, when the water level reaches to the fixed high level, the water level auto-control system starts working, back washing pump and roller motor start working at the same time, and use high pressure water to wash running mesh. The suspended solids be washed into the dirt collection tank and then exhausted from outfall by high pressure water. When the mesh is clean, it will improve the filter permeable capacity and reduce the drum water level, when the water level reaches to the fixed low level, back washing pump and roller motor stop working, and drum filter will start the new working recycle.
