The series of unit utilize oxygen from the internal oxygen generator as gas source,and high concentration ozone is generated by the CD ozone generation technology. The equipment has integrated oil-free air compressor,filtering system , condenser,etc.
The ozone equipment is used heat-resistant HQG non-glass structure discahrge unit(Patent),the structure is extremely stable,long lifespan,high discharge efficiency,and not easy to damage in the case of back flow water.
1.The equipment utilize molecular sieve as adsorbent from the abroad company ,and pressure swing adsorption(PSA) process to separate oxygen and nitrogen and filters harmful substance from the air. The high level oxygen is created which meets the standard of medical oxygen.PSA oxygen generating equipment provide you with the purity of 85% ± 5 oxygen to meet all requirements;Installation and operation costs far less than cylinder or liquefied oxygen.
2.The equipment utilized large power IGBT modules,extremely stable,high efficiency ,long lifespan dehydroxylation enamel ozone tube structure ,water cooling parts ,world-class essential components and world-leading intelligent design.
3.Adjustable oxygen flow rate, which will change ozone output & concentration for meeting with different lines requirements.
4. With refrigerant dryer for cooling air which can protect the oxygen & ozone unit for long service life in good working condition
5. Ozone output adjustable,with low noise level
6. Standard 4~20mA signal control
Features of spare parts Ozone generator
1. This ozone generator has an internal oxygen generator, it converts the air into oxygen first, then use oxygen to produce Ozone. So the ozone density will be high and has alow attenuation of ozone.
2. Use inner & outer air-filled type enamel ozone generating tube technology. Low temperature rise and can work continuously, efficient and stable.
3. Adjustable. Use High frequency pulse modulation control variable power supply, can make accurate control of ozone output base on different demands.
4. Anti-oxygen and corrosion resistance material
5. Easy operate control panel. Control cabinet switch settings, can turn on/off regularly, easy operate and achieve the goal of no operator.
