Introduce of wood pellet machine:
GHLH series wood pellet machine the heart part adopts "double-layer die" as the unique structure, and the pellet machine special press the material with low adhesiveness and difficulty to forming. The material can be hard wood, rice husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell, branch, trunk, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalk; rubber; cement, ash and other chemical materials.
Features of wood pellet machine:
1.Upward mould, special structure; vertically feeding, never buff placer, feeding material with wide inlet, and easier heat dissipation.
2.Die static, roller rotating, material centrifugation, distributed around evenly; because of the die high side, the material can be kicked back to the pressure room.
3.Double-layer die, up and down dual-use, high capacity, saving energy.
4.Adjust the length of pellets and briquette with frequency conversion, which is the separate device in the machine, the speed depends on the length of finished products.
5.Gear drive, reduce speed through multiple channels, save power and reduce the abrasion of spare parts
6.Grease filtrated, automatic lubrication and link compaction.
