Use: Crush and separate the steel wire and rubber of waste tires high efficiently.
Structure and principle: This machine is composed with major chassis, reducer, driving device, rollers and adjusting devices. The basic working theory is like this: through reducer and gear box to drive the two rollers running in vis-à-vis direction. With different linear speeds, the two rollers crush and roll the material between them strongly. Through this process, the thin and thick steel wires are crushed and separated finally.According to the different sizes of bead wires and the thickness of the steel wire, adjusting wheel mechanism is set up. As long as to operate the wheel adjustment, we can adjust the space between the two rollers in order to obtain better results.
Characteristic: This machine has simple structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, solid and practical, it is easy to operate and safe.
