Use: This machine should be used with the QT-40 Bar Cutter, to sliver the rubber strips into 5~8 mm rubber blocks.
Structure and principle: This machine consists of frame, motor, reducer, rotation organization, a group of moving knife and static knife, as well as a pair of compact gear and so on. The moving knife is formed cutting trend with static knife by the running of main axle, which is rotated by the motor. Reducer leads one pair of compact gear and makes it feed orderly when the material are fed into compact gear. Since the rotation of the moving knife, the material will be cut and sliced regularly.
Characteristic: This machine is small, flexible to move, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
