Product Description of ring die feed pellet making machine
1) Driven by gear, more strong than by belt, and the capacity 10% higher than by belt .
2) The ring die feed pellet machine also matched the safety equipment, once overload, the safety pin will crack, to protecting the machine lifetime.
3) It has low noise during the production.
4) And its feeder can be regulated a variable speed controlled to meet different outputs requirements.
5) It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production
6) We have oversized conditioner and jacked conditioner for choosing to enhance the effect of the pellet condition.
Features of feed pellet machine
Ring die feed pellet machine makes 1.5-12 mm diameter feed pellets. such as 2-4mm diameter chicken feed pellets , pig feed pellets and 1.5-3mm fish feed pellets, 2-5mm rabbit feed pellets and so on. Raw materials can be soybean, maize, cereal etc. , grass powder proportion can not larger than 50% , before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into fine powder , raw humidity keep 15%-20%
Ring die feed pellet machine has large diameter ring dies , which can make materials fully cured and pellets smoother. the friction can be fallen to the bottom.key parts are made by our CNC system ,which is high precision and quality, so we can ensure pressing efficiency.
