Application
It is applied to transmitting for fly ash and bottom ash of thermal power plant ,limestone powder and cement,cement raw material,mineral powder,grain and other granular material.
The conveying pipe is flexible arrangement according to the different topographical, it is easy to conveying in the way of centralized,high-height and long-distance.The whole conveying process is not affected by climate change,make sure the material is not expose to moisture,and it is helpful to production and environmental protection.
Principle
This system uses fluidization technology and air pressure difference principle to achieve the purpose of fly ash transportation. According to the process technological requirements, the upper jet bin pump is selected, which is characterized in that it is suitable for powder conveying with large specific gravity and high moisture content. The bin pump uses the SIEMENS PLC to combine the man-machine interface control way, realized the intellectualized control.
