Ⅰ usage:
The new design of YRQ high efficiency the gas floats equipment system is basic on old type, it is suitable for kinds of waste water, special for oil (lipid).
Ⅱ work principle:
It is usually to see oil(lipid) in waste water, main is petro or lipid and SS.
The normal treatment process is: separation/oil-eliminated, coagulation precipitate/air-floatation, and filtration, auxiliary with technology of scale inhibition, corrosion relief, sterilize, film treatment etc. As the pre-treatment of filter, it is better than precipitate.
Ⅲ equipment characteristic:
1, It is unity construction, combined with reactor, poor-body, dissolved-air tank, dissolved air pump, saves the space.
2, Pipe type mixture reaction technique, dissolved-air water gets into the reactor directly, together with the reaction of micro-bubble, the air-floatation substance grows big quickly, more stable, saves the medical.
3, Solid-liquid separated completely very soon-5-10min.
4, Advanced dissolved-air and air-water equilibrium control system.
5, Special dissolved-air releaser, micro-air bubble under control, no block.
