Working Principle:
Powered by the motor, the precast concrete slab machine works on the concrete flat platform. The incompact materials are pushed into the forming part by the speed reducing convening and the slider’s repeatedly moving on straight, then the materials push each other to air out.
The continuously working of vibration plate will highly plastify the concrete. At the same time, the slider is pushing the materials backwards, which forced the machine go along with the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete slab is forming during the process behind the machine. After a few days' maintenance, it can be cut in to concrete slabs of differerent lengths.
