Rice husks/corn cob briquette machine
Raw material application
Crop stalks (including cornstalks cotton stalks ),grain shell(rice husk ) ,peanut shell and stalks,
cotton stalks,sawdust,branch,bark ,bamboo powder, furfural residue(could be mixed used),
Wood scraps ,Forest harvesting slash, household refuse,scraps produced by paper making factory,
all of these could be smashed and briquetting.
Notice : The moisture of raw material have to be kept at around 15%, and the length must
within 10mm.
Biomass briquette Production Flow:
Raw material Smash → Drying(moisture 15%) → Enter molding machine→Curing
and shaping under high temperature and high pressure → Product cooling →
Packaging and sealing → Delivery

1.Pre-sale service
Product introduction ,technical scheme, design scheme, quality certification could be provided to the customer, if any other documents you need, just keep us posted .
2.Service in the sale
1) During the equipment applied period , the company will arrange staffs to get the feedback and
suggestions about the quality and other usage conditions to improve the quality and comprehensive
performance.
2) The company will arrange engineer to train the workers about adjusting the equipment ,disposing
of the trouble maybe happen and maintenance of the machine ,after training ,the workers will get work license we distribute.
3.After-sale service
1) within the warranty period, we promise to provide maintenance ,exchange ,return the product if
quality problems happens . The warranty period of the entire equipment is 6 months except for the
easily damaged parts .
2) Quickly reaction will be taken when complains case happens, after-sale service workers could be sent to the job site within 8 hours in city ,24 hours within province , 48 hours in domestic and 72 hours for the abroad business.
