1.Introduction of small feed pellet mill machine :
Because such pellet machine works on the base of the friction and pressure between the roller and the mounted die,flat die wood sawdust pellet machine is also known as flat die pellet press. Flat die pellet machine are the simplest design of animal feed pelletizer, this kind of manure pellet machine had been originally applied mainly in the animal feed market,which was the situation up to the 1970's, Flat die pellet equipment works on a vertical design, using gravity as the main force for feeding the material through the machine. Flat die wood pellet mill have a horizontal die, with a series of rollers sitting on the die. When material goes in from the top feed inlet, it is compressed between the rollers and die.
Generally,There are two different designs of pelletizer, with two key differences. One design of feed pelletizer have a rotating die with a mounted roller shaft, and others have a mounted die with a rotating roller shaft. The second design is becoming more and more popular for larger fertilizer pelletizer. In general however due to their simple design and lighter weight, flat die pelletizer are normally used in small scale pellet production
