DOUBLE DRUM SCRAPPING DRYER
1. GENERAL IDEA
Double drum scrapping dryer is a rotating drying machine with inner heating and conducting. Moist material obtains the heat on the outerwall of rotating drum by means of heat conduction. In this way, it can meet the requirement of remove water and make the material dry. This machine is easy and safe to operate, and output is stable.
2. MAIN FEATURES
1) Rorating drum is driven by dynamic system and directinally move on the fixed frame. Material will be fed at the bottom, and scraper is adjusted by hydraulic pressure. The pressing force of scrapper again rotating drum is adjusted by this pressure;
2) This machine is widely used in many industries, such as food, chemical, etc, because of its high applicability;
3) Heat efficiency of rotating drying is high, this efficiency is between 80% and 90%;
4) Drying time can be shorten effectively, the whole drying period only needs 10-15 seconds, so it is especially suitable for material which is thermal sensitive and viscous.
