3.About Machine:

 

The high-speed rotation of bowl cutter’s blade shortens the processing time and limits the temperature rise, which realizes full protein abstraction, perfect elasticity, sufficient emulsification and high productivities. Our bowl cutter is made of quality stainless steel with rational construction, high processing accuracy, comfortable operation and easy maintenance.

 

1. Cut, mix and emulsify meat under vacuum state, prevent protein and fat being oxygenized and damaged, maximally maintain the original color, scent and taste. Enhance the density and flexibility of products;
2. Utilize the cutter rotating with high speed to cut the meat, condiment and additive into meat paste;
3. Have the most suitable combination of the cutting speed, pot speed and the distance between the cutter and rotating pot;
4. The processed meat is of good emulsification, best quality and low number of air bubble;
5. Bowl adopts good quality stainless steel, with anti-overflow pan edge. Avoid overflowing
