XBF-III automatic instant noodle processing line, with perfect technology, compact structure, original design and stable performance, is developed on the base of similar porducts and requirements in the world market. It reallizes high automation, convenient operation, low energy and small floor space that assures all working procedures from feeding flour to finished products can be accomplished once. The investment of this line is only one tenth of large size equipment, especially suitable to small-size or self-owned enterprises.
The corrugated instanted noodle produced by this line is tenaciou, smooth and transparent. It is very easy to be saturated by water.

Commissioning & After - sales service
1. We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design with electricity power, water supply, gas power, material storage, final storages, worker’s restroom, etc.
2. 1-2 engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal producing at shortest time.
3. Our engineers can train and teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line.
4. It normally costs 10 days for the commissioning service, and we supply 1 year guarantee from the date of completion of commissioning service.
5. The engineer’s round-trip flight tickets, accommodation and daily salary are on client’s account.
