2 Here we are after many years of waiting we are pleased to offer a turn key solution for our customers such as dhredders, pellet mills. But now also a wet biomass dryer and a packing machine.
3 Our revolutionary approach to drying is based on the fact that it is much easire to dry a finely-grained biomass compared to drying coarser stuff like wood chips or wood off-cuts. Such wood chips and off cuts need more time and energy to get dry all through to the center and with a mixture of different shapes and sizes getting the right uniform moisture content is almost impossible. So we are offering a wet crusher with 4-20mm sieves prepsreing the material for our dryer and the drying process wil be much quiker and energy efficient.
4 At the moment we can offer many models desinged for drying enough sawdust to supply our pellet mills even enough to keep two working at the same time if you wish to prodice pellet mills.
5 Biomass dryer for drying sawdust consist of :
- Feeding screw
- Boiler with the option of using either an automatic pellet burner (supplied) or manually feeding it with soilid waste wood
- Rotary drying drum
- Fan
- Cyclone
- Dust filter with bags
- Automatic control box for regulating the wet raw material feeding speed, rotation speed and hot air fan.

The rotary dryers use for drying many kinds of materials and finished products, such as the crop straw powders, sawdusts, small wood shavings/chips, animal waste, household waste and so on. The dryers generally applied to the farm straw processing plant, wood working factory, organic fertilizer factory and Chinese medicine factory.
The rotary dryers adopt air inhale device to inhale the hot air from air-heating furnace to the inner of dryer to complete heating change with wet material. According to the different character of materials, we use different type lifting plate and Anti-sticking measures.
There are multi angle lifting style lifting plate inside of rotary dryer; during drying, the lifting plate will raise the material evenly, which can ensure the material complete heating change with the hot air enough and also ensure the drying efficiency is good.
Special inside structure to dry sawdust, making sawdust contact with air fully.
