Coconut shell dryer composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc.The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Coconut shell dryer also known as drum drying equipment or rotary drum dryer. It is the key equipment to dry different materials with humidity or granularity in various fields.
Main Function is used for drying the high moisture material to a suitable moisture, so that the material can be reached a high efficient use value.
Coconut shell dryer :
Rotary drying equipment is mainly composed of heating furnace, feeder machine, rotating tube, draught fan and dust collector.
Coconut shell dryer :
Wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
Through the feeding hole set that in the spiral guide plate, the wet material get into drying cylinder.
Materials in drying cylinder will be rasing by the equally distributed lifting plate and fully contacted with the hot air.To achieve the heat transfer,mass transfer drying purpose.
Dried materials discharged at the end of the cylinder, tansported out by the conveyor, finished the drying process.
