Process for making pellets from wood pellet mill
1 Crushing process of raw material: crushing machine is used for crushing the larger materials into smaller powder for supporting produce wood pellets. there are two major type machines, wood crusher and wood hammer mill. wood crusher is good for crushing logs with diameter less then 200mm, and the wood hammer mill is better frot eh materials has a diamete less then 50mm.
2 Drying biomass materials: the best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-15%. so before peletizing, drying the material is necessayre, a dryer is need to drye the mateiral to the required standards,. rotary dryer or pie dryer can be chosedn.

4 Cooling the pellet: biomass pellets or briquettes from pellet machine or wood pellet mill are with high moisture conetc tabvove 16%, and high temperature degree about 70-85, there for cooler is necessary to low doen materials tempreature to 3-5 higher than room temreature and for safly stored or tranposreted in case the mildew.
