What oilseeds are available?
Main process of pressing section:
Brief introduction of each section:
(1) Cleaning section: Magneticor is to rid off the iron.
(2) Flaking section: To make the sunflower seed into pieces between the thickness 0.3 0.35 mm, so its well-proportioned by heating,also for the soaking process.
(3) Steaming and drying section: The process is to Add the hot water into the seeds crushed/flaked to moist ,to add steam for steaming the seeds, to dry the seeds for ridding off more water content.
In the process, with the water and temperature to make the protein of seeds change the character, make the oil molecule loose for easily pressing to get rude oil ,also get the better cake and oil.
(4) Pressing section: The process is to press the seeds and get the rude oil.
(5) Oil filtering section: Firstly to filter the rude oil with oil-dreg sieves, then use oil filter for clear the small dregs.The oil cleaned is pumping into oil tank or oil refiner.
