Main Equipments:
1. Magnetic separator: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the oilseeds. The iron
impurity will be harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.
2. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After
going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from peanut.
3. Husking: This can help improve the oil yield from peanut, and reduce wear to the machine.
4. Flaking: It is the process of making use of the mechanical action to flake the peanut into flakiness. After flaking, the materials is becoming thiner thank before, it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process , and it is much easier for getting peanut oil in the oil press process.
5. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the peanut. Its also good for the press and oil extraction section.
ABOUT OILSEED EXPELLER:
This machine is suitable for the extraction of vagetable oils from such oil-bearing materials as rapeseed, peanut, sesame seed, cotton seed, soya, coconuts, tea seed, sunflower seed, etc.
The pressing worms can be replaced as required by the user for the purpose of the extraction of oils from some other oil-bearing materials, such as rice bran and stuff.
FEATURES OF THIS MACHINE:
1. All main parts of this machine, such as wormshaft, pressing worms, cage bars, gears and so on, are made of high-grade alloy steel through hardening treatment. As a result, in spite of the conditions of high temperature and abrasion under which they work day and night, they keep durable for a considerable period.
2. The combination of steaming and roasting is also one of the features of this machine. It can be regulated in accordance with the varied requirements of various oil-bearing materials for the temperatures before pressing so as to get high quality oils.
3. The whole process from feeding, steaming, roasting up to the discharge of oil and cake goes to automatically and continuously, so it is easy to operate the machine, which results in labor-saving.
