International standard gravel conveying horizontal belt conveyor
International standard gravel conveying horizontal belt conveyor is widely used for bulk or packed materials in industries like metallurgy, coal, transportation, mining, grain etc because of it’s characteristics of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintaince, low cost and wide universality.As per production demand, It can convey the material by single machine or multi machine combined together to make the whole conveying system in horizontal or inclination angle or radians way.
Main Structure of International standard gravel conveying horizontal belt conveyor.
Driving Part: Motor—high speed couplings—reducer---deceleration coupling;
As per demand, the driving part can be installed at the left or right side; There are different motor power from 1.5KW to 13KW, oil cooling electric drive roller with the speed at 0.80/S, 1.0/S, 1.25/S;
Rolling part: There are transimission drum and turunabout drum
Supporting roller: There are groove types roller, parallel roller, Spherical roller,impact idler;
Discharging part:There are fixed pliugh unloader and electric unloader;
Brake Part: There arebelt brake and roller brake;
Additional spare parts: machine cover, feeding channel, funnel etc.
