1. The operation device is made up of bucket and plate chain.

    Upper device--It is installed path way and duplex chain, roller brake, and discharging outlet. And the discharging outlet is installed rubber plate which is prevent the material feeding back.  Below the model No. NE30 adopts the single row plate chain.

 NE50-NE800 adopts the double row plate chain.

The driving device is made up of multiple drive power(customized). The driving platform is equipped with inspection frame and handrail. It can installed in left or right side.

2.  Middle caninet case-It is installed the path way with duplex chain inside so as to prevent the chain swing.

3. Down part--It is equipped with automatic tensioning device.

The NE15-NE50 is equipped with the spring tensioner, and the NE100-NE800 is equipped with heavy hammer tensioner.

4. The plate chain is adopt 45 # HRC36~42.
