After drying, the production of sawdust and activated carbon is 3:1, the water content of sawdust is 12% and at last we can get the carbon rod or activated carbon after deep processing.

Working process of  continuous charcoal producing stove

primary screening sawdust of different sizes to eliminate bigger impurity, then drying the materials to be 8-12% water content, and make carbonization in the end

The main structure of  continuous charcoal producing stove

This model machine consists of heating parts, carbonizing parts,  cooling parts,   

gas recycle parts, 

smoking purification parts, and controlling parts.

Heating parts

includes three heating room (for heating the stove), furnace body and heat 

keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material, used for keep the 

heating) and the drought fan 

Carbonizing parts

consist of four carbonizing tubes, Both of them are made of the heat resistance

 thermal steel, under the drive of the machine, the sawdust will be delivery to the 

tube1, when the sawdust reach to the end of the tube1,it will turn around to the 

tubes2, and so on,  after four tubes carbonization, the sawdust will become 

charcoal powder.

 

Gas recycle parts

When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke 

(can be burning) 

the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , 

the gas recycle tubes can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for

 heating the 

machine again.

Smoking 

purification parts

( in this machine, there are  two purification  tank, the first one to purify the 

smoking ( can not burning ), and the other one are used to purification the 

gas smoking when the working process, The smoking through the purification

 system.will 

become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.

Cooling parts

in the back side of the machine, there is one tube for cooling the hot charcoal

 powder, so we can get the charcoal powder directly.

Controlling parts

the whole machine we will equip one electrical control box to control the 

three electrical motors.
