Introduction:
It is used to convey and stir materials of powder, granular or small block in industry, medicine, food and environment protection industries and can control the quantity of flow of materials by adjusting rotate speed.
The product can feed materials to the next working procedure evenly, in the drive unit the electromotor drives reducer , pass on spiral axis by coupling , under the action of spiral blade
the materials were outputted evenly while the materials go into inletting.
Working process :
The conveyors are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material,or packaged material. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi~conveyers or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer
lines.
It uses the belt conveyance to draw and support components and transport materials by way of the moving belt. It utilizes the inner friction and side pressure of loose material to increases the internal pressure from the pulling force in its moving direction produced by the rolling chamber in the adhesive chamber, thus increasing the internal friction. When inclination falls within certain scope, the inward friction force can ensure the stability between layers and create continuous movement. When the internal friction force between the layers is larger than the external force of the adhesive, the roller beneath the adhesive will move along with the material. When the ratio of internal force and external force meets a condition, the material flow is stable.
