1. Description of the custom made belt conveyor:

We uaually make the belt conveyor idler roller with the 500mm width; and the length is varying from 3m to longer; And the power is varying from 1.5kw to larger; Also, we can make the belt conveyor according to your requirements.
4. Other auxiliary equipments we have in our factory:
1). screw conveyor
Screw conveyors are used to convey materials such as bulk solids or sludge both on horizontal and high inclination, and are designed to provide an enclosed method of transferring materials from one point to another. It is consisting of a screw inside a hollow pipe, contained within a tube and it is turned with the help of a motor in order to deliver material from one end of the conveyor to the other.
2). cool conveyor
because the sawdust from the dryer are will be very hot, so it should be cool it first, so we will equip this conveyor to cool the raw material.
3). material distributer
material distributer(used for divide the raw material from one container to the five or ten set briquette machine).
5. Packing pictures of the custom made belt conveyor:
1), for packing one set custom made belt conveyor, we pack it in the wooden case;
2), for packing more sets custom made belt conveyor or the product line, we pack them in the standard container.
