The main raw material of egg tray machine is waste paper, a rich source of low price, development of comprehensive utilization of waste belongs. The production process is a closed loop water use, no waste water, waste gas discharge.
Working principle of egg tray production line:
Water paper and water added into the pulper, then delivered to the slurry storage tank, using blender to stirring pulp uniform and delivered to the slurry tank, stirring the pulp to a certain concentration delivered to the molding machine, producing the egg tray, then transport to the drying hole by conveyor belt, after the egg tray drying, finally closed care and package it.
