Features:
1. Energy saving (energy-saving effect more than 80% of old-fashioned ones)
2. Precision (temperature control precision: ±1°C thermostatic accuracy ±2°C)
3. Warming (0-1700 °C : 100-150 minutes; the fastest heating rate is 15-25 / min).
4. Furnace materials all adopt Morgan fibers (alias: ceramic fiber) advantages: heat small, warming faster, energy-saving omit report, furnace is assembled with fiber refractory block, inflation small under high temperature, won't crack down.
5. Control (microcomputer control, programmable 30 segment curves; automatic temperature, heat preservation, cooling) online alarm, deviation alarm, program automatically stop, do not need human continuous operation.
6. The insulation of temperature (less than 30% of the total power).
7. Working environment (anti-jamming, 1700 °C is furnace, shell temperature acuities were 60 °C greatly improve the working environment.
8. Heating element is placed on both sides, even heating furnace.Thermocouple is the single platinum rhodium platinum.
