After cracking the big rock into small stones with the Jaw
crusher, this MM60-2# Stone Crusher could crush the stones into powder.
The output fineness depends on the size of screen holes.
Both Diesel Engine and Electric Motor could be choosed to run the stone crusher.
Point 1
The stone crusher could be connected with water through the pipe where the arrow shows.
Point 2.
Water will flow out from the holes where the arrows
pointed to help the stone powder go through the screen
holes.
Point 3
Each stone crusher has 6 hammers,
which made by hard cast iron.
Point 4
The 4 round discs was welded to the
main shaft.
The hammers will be connected to the discs with pins.
Point 5
A very thcik screen is right under.
The stone powder will flow out as as
the fineness is smaller than the screen
diameter.
BTW, the diameter and thickness of the screen could be choosed.
