Brass BSPT Male and Female Threaded Swivel Pipe Fittings
Ouyao machinery LLC provides high precision CNC machining of components used in complex mechanical assemblies. It includes items used in the analytical instrument, semiconductor, and medical device industries. We have vertical milling
centers with 4-axis capabilities, large swing CNC lathes, and a fully equipped model shop. Our equipment can machine
parts as large as 31.5" * 20" * 20", or with a maximum diameter of 13", to tolerances as tight as ±.0001" mm.
We typically machine stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, plastic and Macor ceramic products.
In addition to our precision machining services, we provide assembly, ultrasonic cleaning for high vacuum applications,
cosmetic surfacing, clean-room compatible packaging, JIT manufacturing, CAM programming, and process development
services.
Our experienced manufacturing staff is adept at handling a range of production volume from 1 to 5,000 parts, whether it
is a one-time prototype or long-term blanket order. Our typical lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, but rush service is available if
needed.
