Product Description
Vertical rice husk dryer adopts vertical kiln structure, with several cloth screens inside.Raw material could be sent into the dryer by a screw feeder, and come out from another screw outlet. On each cloth screen, materials will be stirred and rolled into next cloth screen, during this process the materials will be heated for several times, then reduce the moisture.
Both the screw feeder and the draught fan use frequency conversion control, to control the speed of feeding and the amount of the heat, so as to realize that using energy efficiently. The dryer also surronded by thermal insulation material, which can prevent the heat loss and accidental burnt.
