Introduction:

Structure:
Feeding roller: control feeding speed, avoid materials slipping and provide outlet for feeding material.
Cutter shaft: knives welded in a circular motion, to ensure the stabilityand power equality,.

1. Conveying, feeding, pressing, crushing at same time automaticlly, ensuring to get chips in uniform size.
2. Feeding roller adopts UCK bearings and spring clamping mechanism, applicatable to different thickness wood boards, feeding roller and crushing roller use differet power system, convience to control.
3. Compact design, safety and durable, with high efficiency, get good feedback, easpcially on big capacity and good at finish product.
Application:
Wood processing factory, power station, wood board, wood furring and wood scraps recycle industry, plywood processing factory….etc. Apply to crushing wood boards or wood offcut materials, which width less than 1.3m, thickness 3-15mm
