Biomass wood feed small pulverizer machine :
1. Mainly used for coarse grinding and fine grinding for corn,broomcorn ,wheat,rice , bean pulp, cottonseed meal etc.
2. “U” shaped double grinding structure, increase the beating frequency and the output.
3. With humanized designed sliding open door ,easy operation and maintenance.

Features of the small pulverizer machine :
1.Coarse grinding and fine grinding are both available, and high accuracy,mainly used for grinding of poultry and livestock
and aqua feed.
2.Each rotor is tested and checked in high-precision and dynamic balance in a strick way, which ensure machine stable
running and reduce the wearing of bearings and hammer holders effectively, so that production efficiency is elevated,and
service life of equipment is extended.
3.Feeding system has frequency control of motor speed and electromagnetic coupling for choice, that the speed of feed could
be adjusted , also could according to the size of sieve hole to increase or reduce the input amount.
4.The mill equipped with safety control system, only under correct installation that it could be started, any incorrect and imprecise
installation would lead to failed start,so ensure the safety in production, eliminate the risk for worker and device.
5. “U” shaped double grinding structure, increase the beating frequency of product and guarantee the more uniform particle size,
also increase the output.
6.Axial-radial ventilation structure, destroy materials circulation layer, clean the surface of griddle effectively, promote the output.
7.Humanized designed sliding open access door is easy to operate and maintain ,and reduce the labor intensity.
8.The following form is under the condition:raw material is corn,water content ≤14 % , the diameter of sieve hole is 1.0-2.0mm.

Operating instructions for small pulverizer machine :
1.The operator should understand the small pulverizer machine structure, and be familiar with the machine performace and operation methods.
2. Please carefully check each connection parts to avoid loose phenomenon.
3.With uniform feeding during the production rather than suddenly more or less to guarantee the motor work under rated load.
4.If strong vibration appears in the operation process, you should immediately stop the machine and find out the reasons, then
continue .
