High efficiency small walnut grinder with CE :
1. This kind of pulverizing machine can crush corn,wheat,rice rusk waste into small powder for make the feed pellet.
2. Water drop designed, high quality but low noise.
3. The final products could be adjusted by change the screen.

Features of the small walnut grinder :
1.Mainly used for grinding of poultry and livestock and aqua feed.
2.The gap between hammer and screen can be adjusted through changing the position of hammer bar ,realize normal
and fine grinding.
3.Rotor passes accurate dynamic balancing test, resulting in low equipment noise and smooth running, that production
efficiency is elevated,and service life of equipment is extended.
4.Feeding system has frequency control of motor speed and electromagnetic coupling for choice, that the speed of feed
could be adjusted , also could according to the size of sieve hole to increase or reduce the input amount.
5.The mill equipped with safety control system, only under correct installation that it could be started, any incorrect and
imprecise installation would lead to failed start, so ensure the safety in production, eliminate the risk for worker and device.
6.Real water drop figure grinding chamber design, quick discharging.
7.Humanized designed sliding open access door is easy to operate and maintain ,and reduce the labor intensity.
8.Hammer is made from vacuum-welded by special alloy steel, for this reason it has long service life.
9.The following form is under the condition:raw material is corn,water content ≤14 % , volume weight ≥0.72t/m3, the diameter
of sieve hole is 3.0mm, the opening rate ≥33%.
