1. Brief introduction of cable granulator machine
The scrap electric and copper wire separator is the equipment that separating the scrap wire metal and plastic. Because the final products are similar to rice particles, so this machine is called copper wire granulator. It is one of the environmental protection machines. The machine has two types, one is dry type and another is wet type. This equipment can completely separate the copper and plastic, and realize the integrated utilization. It has higher economic benefits. No dust and no secondary pollution.

3. Features of cable granulator machine
- Compact structure, beautiful shape, reasonable layout and convenient installing;
- Adopts PLC control system, intelligent operation which can make the equipment feed uniformly.
- Crushing machine uses roller crushing system, slow-speed of revolution, high capacity, low noise and simple operation.
- Crushing, separating and dust collecting equipments adopt combinatorial flat form, easy to move and transport, also increasing the inflexibility of the equipments.
- Separation rate of the equipment is as high as 99.9%.
- Feeding back system can make the semi-finished product regrinding, which ensure the totally separation of the metal and nonmetal products.
- Dust collection devices can control dust overflow, so the dedusting rate is as high as 99%.

This copper wire granulator can be used to process 1-20mm diameter scrap wires;

This machine can process large cables, scrap copper wires, electric wires, ect;
