SUS316 High Base Mechanical Sieve Shaker for Medicinal Powder
Mechanical sieve shaker for sorting automatically powders and solid material in general. Six years of modifications and technical up-dates, the wide range available, the accessories and the tested effectiveness and reliability make the machine is well received in home and aboard.
This type of mechanical sieve shaker has features of:
1. Compact, light weight, mobility, low noise and pollution, less energy consumption, and easy installation.
2. The machine outlet can be connected to any direction, and the sieved material can be discharged straight away, suitable for automated operation.
3. No blockage on screen, high efficiency, applicable for 5-500 mesh.
4. Unique screen design, quick for changing screens which takes only 3-5 minutes and easy to clean.
5. Can be used for single deck or multi decks, after that the fine and coarse materials which will be discharged from the different outlets respectively.
6. All the surfaces touch with raw materials are made by stainless steel 304 to ensure a hygienic operation.
The circular mechanical sieve shaker has multi-functions as follows:
A. Classification
Each of our mechanical sieve shaker can screen and separate precisely and continuously, the Multi—layer type can screen and separate five groups of different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials.
B. Filtration
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi—layer type into different grade materials.
C. Remove the impurities
Our mechanical sieve shaker can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials.
