Stainless steel 304 single deck starch sifter

Machine models are available from 600mm to 1800mm diameter. Wecan provide 1 layer to 4 layers.

Some differences compared with others: 

• The thickness of our sieve frame is 2.0mm stainless steel 304 or 316L.
• Stainless steel 304 sieves with long service life. ( Saving in replacement cost of wire mesh)
• Self-cleaning device, no blocking.

• Silica gel bouncing balls, and Nylon ring, up to food grade. 

• Power as your request.
• IP55 protection level motor or lubrication free motor as request.
• ISO 9001:2008, CE and BV Certificates.
• Special customization is accepted.

This application is useful to remove foreign particles from desire 
material, removal of lumps from powder, separate different size
of material, to remove over size of material.

Solid - Liquid Seperation

Removal of solid from liquid, baggass from sugar or juice, 

pulp from water, lumps from slurry, 

to take desire size of particles in ceramic slurry, chocolate liquid
