HY high efficiency food screen is a new and multifunctional screening machine, which can be installed one or two electrical motors according to the characters of the materials. To change the movements of the materials by adjusting the vibrating force, and then achieve the aim of the screening. The application of food screening:
The vibrating screening is widely used for flour (such as sieving the wheat flour for instant noodles, and to eliminate / loose flour mixture with a processing efficiency), starch,washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemicals, non-mining sectors of the particle powder rough screening, precision screening of 350Kg/150 second.

The function of the food screening:
1. Classification
Each of vibration sieve can screen and separate precisely and continuously,the Multi—layer type can screen and separate five groups of different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials.
2. Filtrating
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi—layer type into different grade materials.
3. Remove the impurities
The vibration sieve can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials.
