Product introduction
Base on years' experience and technology, Henan Fote Machinery Spiral Classifier are designed to provide the most effective pool area and overflow velocity requirements.
Application
Spiral Classifier is widely applied to separate the particles into a number of products graded according to size in the complete closed loop together with ball mill in the mining industry, separate light particles from heavy particles in the gravity separation process, separate of fine particles and liquid from coarse particles in the metal ore dressing process, separate the slurry or liquid from solid particles in ore dressing plant.
Working principle
Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom Then discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe.
