Horizontal type air flow carbonization furnace for wood is our newest invention, it adopts design principle of horizontal type, reduce the carbonization time, and adopts advanced hot air carbonization process technology which greatly increases carbonization ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortens the carbonization time and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety and efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
1. Due to its design principle of horizontal type, reduce its carbonization time.
2. It can use different material as the fuel. Like waste wood, charcoal, natural gas, liquefied gas or coal gas.
3. Saving energy, it can reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization.
4. Continuous carbonization, it can produce 2-3 furnaces per day.
5. Compare with the hoist type carbonization, its biggest advantage is it doesn’t need any hoist equipment. Just need put raw material within 3 or more basket into the inner pot, after carbonization, use a hook out the basket. Easy operation, save workers.
