2014 Hot Sell Waste Sawdust Briquette Machine
Principle
Briquetting is a process that sawdust is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.The self bonding of sawdust to form a briquette involves the thermo plastic flow of the sawdust.The lignin content that occurs naturally in sawdust is liberated
under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue In the briquetting process, thus binding, compressig sawdust to form into high density briquettes.
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use In
furnaces, boilers and open fires.
Material and Requirement
Sawdust briquette machine can be used in producing high quality wood charcoal stick with low cost sawdust, corn cob and peanut
shell, cotton stalk, tree branch, etc.
Requires: The size of the raw materials is alike sawdust, moisture is 7-12%.
If the raw materials is not sawdust, pls use wood crusher ;if the moisture is higher than 12%,pls dry it .
