Hengchang Tourmalin machine is kind gravity jig separator for gold and other mineral materalis concentration. It can be widely used to select Tungsten, tin, gold, red iron, brown iron, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, niobium, placer gold, alluvial gold and other minerals.Due to its high processing capacity, large range of separation size and simplicity of operation and maintenance.
Industrial tests carried our of Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jig and Sine Wave Jig for comparison showed that the recovery rate for operation of Saw-tooth Wave Ladder Jig is raised by Sn:3.01%, W:5.5%, Pb:1.63%, Zn:2.04%; The water consumption reduces 30%-40% with water consumption being decreased by 30-40%. The area reduces 1/3 and the stroke may adjust also.
Hengchang tourmaline machine is one way of gravity concentration. It belongs to deep trough concentration operation (gravity equipment), using water as processing media, it depends on the difference of specific gravity between the minerals select and gangue to separate mine,the stroke and time of stroke is adjustable depend on different specific gravity of minerals. It is special for tin ore, manganese ore, coal, placer gold, alluvial gold concentration.
